The econometrics of contracts
Abstract
Given their potential to affect contract law, antitrust policy, and business practice, it is important that theories of contracting stand on as solid an empirical footing as possible. The goal of the seminar is to discuss the theories' testable implications and the associated econometric methods and evidences.
