This workshop will provide an overview of university-industry technology transfer. We will focus on two main topics: (1) organizational issues influencing technology-transfer performance and (2) the use of contractual data to illuminate the key phenomena within this arena such as exchange relationship dynamics and the emergence of new organizational forms.
