- the reputational mechanisms that Chinese competition agencies employ strategically in enforcing competition law in China
- the stock market reactions to the competition regulator’s strategic use of reputational sanctions
- the bias that exists in media coverage of Chinese competition law investigations and the factors driving the supply and demand of media content
- how to establish adequate procedural safeguards for the enforcement of competition law in China
